What is your refund policy?
We ask that you please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision; however we are happy to exchange faulty products with proof of purchase.
Any return or exchange of items is only permitted within 14 days and with proof of purchase.
Generally there are no cash refunds; product exchange is at the discretion of the pharmacy manager or pharmacist.
Please be aware that many companies choose to deal directly with the customer on all of their product problems or enquiries.
